Remanufacturing Repair is based on many years of experience. The diagnostic station allows to test any type of hydraulic pump and monitor all of the operating parameters of the tested device.

Regeneration includes:

• all types of hydraulic pumps
• hydraulic motors
• hydraulic cylinders
• hydraulic distributors
• swivel Joint
• reduction gears, turning joints, etc.

The regeneration process takes place in several stages :

• Verification
• Estimation of the repair and arranging the date of receipt
• Customer decision
• Prepayment
• Import of spare parts (in stock / purchase)
• Repair of the unit
• Pickup in person or shipment

The timing of the repair depends on many factors. If spare parts are in stock, the repair time is between 3-5 days. In the event of their absence, the repair time is 7-14 days.

Mobile Service – We have a mobile service that allows us to repair the machine directly at the customer’s place or to diagnose a fault and determine the scope of the repair. A fully equipped service car with a qualified team of service technicians with many years of experience is at the disposal of every customer in need.

Hydraulic oil filtration – We have a certified device for filtration and quality control of hydraulic oil. The device uses membrane filtration, which allows for the elimination of contamination after filtration and ensures accuracy of up to 1 micron.
